NearbyRoofPros.com, operated by NearbyRoofPros LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), is a marketing and referral service. Our sole function is to connect homeowners and property owners with independent roofing contractors (“Service Providers”) who may be able to assist with their roofing needs.

NearbyRoofPros.com does not perform roofing work of any kind. We do not install, repair, inspect, maintain, or replace roofs. We do not own roofing equipment, materials, or vehicles. We are not a roofing company, general contractor, or construction firm.

2. Independent Contractors

All Service Providers in our referral network are independent contractors. They are not employees, agents, partners, or representatives of NearbyRoofPros LLC. We do not:

• Employ, hire, or supervise any Service Provider
• Direct, control, or oversee the work performed by any Service Provider
• Set pricing, schedules, or project terms for Service Providers

• Inspect or approve work completed by Service Providers

3. No Endorsement or Guarantee

Inclusion in our referral network does not constitute an endorsement, recommendation, certification, or guarantee of any Service Provider. We do not verify, warrant, or represent that any Service Provider:

• Holds any specific license, certification, or insurance coverage
• Is bonded or compliant with local, state, or federal regulations
• Will perform work that meets any particular standard of quality or workmanship
• Will complete work within a specific timeframe or budget
• Has any particular level of experience, training, or expertise
• Has passed any background check or screening process conducted by us

You are solely responsible for verifying the credentials, licensing, insurance, references, and qualifications of any Service Provider before entering into an agreement for roofing services.

4. No Liability for Service Provider Conduct

NearbyRoofPros LLC assumes no liability or responsibility for any acts or omissions of any Service Provider, including but not limited to:

• Quality or deficiency of workmanship
• Property damage during or after services
• Personal injury to homeowners, occupants, or third parties
• Failure to complete work or abandonment of projects
• Breach of any agreement between you and a Service Provider
• Misrepresentations made by a Service Provider
• Violations of building codes, permits, or regulations by a Service Provider
• Financial disputes, payment issues, or fraud by a Service Provider

5. Your Responsibility

Before hiring any Service Provider, we strongly recommend that you:

• Verify the Service Provider’s license and insurance with your state or local licensing board
• Request and check professional references
• Obtain multiple written estimates before making a decision
• Review and understand all terms of any contract before signing
• Confirm that the Service Provider has obtained all required permits
• Ensure the Service Provider carries adequate liability insurance and workers’ compensation coverage
• Document the condition of your property before and after work is performed

6. Referral Compensation

NearbyRoofPros LLC may receive compensation, referral fees, commissions, or other consideration from Service Providers for referring potential customers. This compensation may influence which Service Providers receive referrals. The presence of such compensation does not create an employment, agency, or partnership relationship between NearbyRoofPros LLC and any Service Provider.

7. No Warranty

NearbyRoofPros LLC provides no warranty of any kind, express or implied, regarding the services performed by any Service Provider. This includes, but is not limited to, warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Any warranty for roofing work must be obtained directly from the Service Provider performing the work.

8. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes regarding roofing services performed by a Service Provider must be resolved directly between you and the Service Provider. NearbyRoofPros LLC is not a mediator, arbitrator, or party to any dispute between you and a Service Provider. We have no obligation to intervene in or assist with resolving any such disputes.

9. Geographic Coverage

While we describe our service as “nationwide,” availability of Service Providers varies by location. We do not guarantee that Service Providers are available in all areas, zip codes, or regions. Submitting a request does not guarantee that any Service Provider will contact you or that services will be available in your area.

10. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify this Referral Disclaimer at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Site. Your continued use of the Site following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Referral Disclaimer.
