TCPA Consent Notice

This Telephone Consumer Protection Act (“TCPA”) Consent Notice describes the communications you may receive after submitting your information through NearbyRoofPros.com (the “Site”), operated by NearbyRoofPros LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). Please read this notice carefully before submitting your information.

2. Express Written Consent

By submitting your information through any form on the Site, clicking any “Submit,” “Get Quotes,” or similar button, you provide your express written consent under the TCPA, as amended, and applicable FCC regulations, to receive:

• Telephone calls (including calls made using an automatic telephone dialing system or prerecorded/artificial voice messages)
• Text messages (SMS and MMS)
• Emails

These communications may be sent by NearbyRoofPros LLC, its affiliates, marketing partners, and/or the independent roofing contractors (“Service Providers”) to whom your information is referred, at the telephone number(s) and/or email address(es) you provide, even if the number is on a federal, state, or internal Do-Not-Call list.

3. Purpose of Communications

Communications may relate to:

• Responding to your request for roofing contractor quotes or information
• Providing information about roofing services available in your area
• Following up on your submitted request
• Telemarketing and promotional offers from NearbyRoofPros LLC or its partners related to home improvement services
• Service-related communications, including appointment confirmations and project updates from Service Providers

4. Consent Is Not a Condition of Purchase

Your consent to receive calls and messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. You may choose not to provide consent; however, by submitting the form, you are affirmatively opting in. If you do not wish to be contacted, do not submit your information.

5. Message Frequency and Charges

Message frequency may vary depending on the nature of your request and the number of Service Providers in your area. Standard message and data rates may apply as charged by your wireless carrier. NearbyRoofPros LLC is not responsible for any charges incurred from your carrier related to communications you receive.

6. How to Opt Out

You may revoke your consent to receive communications at any time by:

• Text Messages: Replying “STOP” to any text message you receive from us
• Email: Clicking the “unsubscribe” link in any email or sending a request to legal@nearbyroofpros.com
• Phone Calls: Requesting removal during any phone call, or by emailing legal@nearbyroofpros.com with your phone number and a request to be removed from our call list

Please allow up to ten (10) business days for your opt-out request to be fully processed. Note that opting out of communications from NearbyRoofPros LLC does not automatically opt you out of communications from Service Providers who have already received your information. You must contact each Service Provider directly to opt out of their communications.

7. Third-Party Service Providers

Your information may be shared with multiple independent Service Providers. Once shared, each Service Provider is independently responsible for their own compliance with the TCPA and all applicable federal and state telemarketing laws. NearbyRoofPros LLC does not control the communication practices of Service Providers and is not liable for any TCPA violations committed by them.

8. Automated Technology

You understand and agree that communications may be sent using automated technology, including but not limited to autodialer systems, prerecorded voice messages, and automated text messaging platforms. By providing your consent, you specifically authorize the use of such technology to contact you.

9. Record Keeping

We maintain records of your consent, including the date, time, IP address, and the specific form or page through which consent was provided. These records may be used to verify your consent in the event of a dispute.

10. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify this TCPA Consent Notice at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Site. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated notice.
